Last year was a testing one and the pandemic continues to impact our daily lives. Now more than ever taking care of our mental and physical health is essential. We at Clarendon Lodge Medical Practice know that physical activity, any amount can go leaps and bounds to achieving that self care. Therefore to keep us motivated we invite you to join us in pledging your activity goals for 2021. Together we can reach further!
How does it work?
The activity choices are entirely yours, from walking to swimming, cycling to running... and anything else you want to track and pledge. All pledges are equally valued - be they large or small. We are all in this together, and together we are stronger.
Everyone is welcome and you do not need to be a patient at CLMP to get involved.
*On downloading strava you will be offered to purchase an upgrade for the app. Please note this is not necessary to take part in this challenge. The free basic app offers all the functionality needed.
